At the Institute of Continuing Education, we firmly believe that true learning is not confined within the walls of a classroom. Knowledge becomes experience when it connects with the real world. Therefore, the heart of our educational philosophy is experiential learning through actions and events that open doors and broaden horizons.
We offer our members the exclusive opportunity to find themselves at the heart of critical organizations and historic sites, many of which are difficult for the general public to access. These are not mere visits, but targeted educational experiences bridging theory with practice.
Our Goal:
To witness firsthand how the institutions shaping our national, economic, and social reality function, to converse with key figures, and to understand the challenges of today and tomorrow.
Strategic Pillars of Action
Our events are organized around three central pillars, offering a holistic and multidimensional learning experience.
1. Development of Skills and Knowledge
The core of our mission. Through a carefully selected program of lectures, experiential seminars, and educational visits, we provide the tools to cultivate critical thinking and expand intellectual horizons. Our goal is not sterile memorization, but the development of the ability to synthesize information from diverse fields—from History and Geopolitics to Economy—creating well-rounded leaders with a global perspective.

Through a carefully selected program of lectures, experiential seminars, and educational visits, we provide the tools to cultivate critical thinking and expand intellectual horizons. We operate as a platform for connection and osmosis. At the ICE, personnel from all Branches of the Armed Forces, the Security Corps, and the broader public sector meet. This valuable interaction breaks down silos, enhances mutual understanding, and builds strong networks of trust. The relationships forged here serve as a foundation for future synergies, strengthening our collective effectiveness in the service of the Nation.
